We're here for you when you need us most
We are planning on placing a plaque in Streatham Common Rookery, next to Nats, for Lisa. The family are planning to pay for this ourselves.
In honour of Lisa, we are asking for donations to be made to Diabetes UK or the British Heart foundation. Funds have been raised for Nat and a memorial plaque in now in Streatham Common (the photo is in the gallery) and soon there will be a bench in Hackney.
